Sinoceram Technology (zhengzhou) Co., Ltd. based on advanced electronic ceramic material preparation technology, is oriented towards the demands of emerging electronic information and new energy industries. It focuses on cutting-edge industries such as electronic information, power electronics, automotive electronics, and new energy, promoting import substitution and expanding overseas markets.

It pioneered large-sized substrates for printers over 11 inches. Zirconia toughened alumina (ZTA) ceramic substrates have made up for the shortcomings in the IGBT packaging field and have obtained international and domestic invention patents. High light reflectivity ceramic substrates achieve internationally leading light reflectivity （98%） in the field of integrated surface light source chip packaging and optical ceramics and are exported overseas. We manufactured large-sized ceramic substrates such as 222mm*184mm for high-frequency and high-voltage ozone generators. These innovative products have been used in many well-known brands such as electric vehicles, printers, photovoltaic inverters and lighting fixtures.

The company's "Key Technologies and Industrialization of Zirconia Toughened Alumina Ceramic Substrates for IGBT Packaging" won the second prize of the "Henan Science and Technology Progress Award" in 2022. The key technologies and industrialization of Alumina Ceramic Substrate Preparation for High-Reflectivity leds won the third prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of China National Light Industry Council in 2020. The key technology research and industrialization of Zirconia-toughened alumina Ceramic substrates (ZTA) won the Third Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of China Ceramic Industry Association in 2020.

The company has three provincial-level R&D platforms: "Henan Province Electronic Ceramic Materials Engineering Research Center", "Henan Province Functional Ceramics Engineering Technology Research Center", and "Henan Province Enterprise Technology Center". It is a "National High-tech Enterprise", a "National Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise", a member of the China Electronic Components Industry Association, and a director of the 8th Council of the Hybrid Integrated Circuit Branch. It has been recognized as a "National Specialized, Refined, Unique and Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise", a "Henan Province Quality Benchmark Enterprise", a "Zhengzhou City Innovation Leading Team", and a "Henan Province Intellectual Property Strong Enterprise".
